New video tutorial: How to build our educational photovoltaic system

How does a photovoltaic system actually work? And what does it feel like to build your own solar power system?
With our Educational Photovoltaic System (PPVA), students can experience exactly that: They independently build a full-size photovoltaic system, understand the technology behind it, and generate their own solar power.
To make getting started even easier, we have now released a new step-by-step video tutorial:
Learning by doing
The educational photovoltaic system was specifically developed for use in the classroom. Designed as a kit, it can be assembled by students together with a teacher in approximately 1.5 hours. All necessary tools are included.
This is about much more than just technology: The young people work in teams, organize their tasks independently, and experience firsthand how a functioning solar power system is created from individual components. In this way, scientific concepts become tangible and genuine successes are achieved.

A full-size solar power system
Unlike many small experimental models, the PPVA provides a realistic sense of the size, structure, and operation of a real PV system. The design is intended for repeated assembly and disassembly and can be used by different classes for many years.
Thanks to the flexibly adjustable tilt and orientation, students can also investigate different setup options and compare their influence on electricity generation.
Experience solar power firsthand
The system comes with a control box for off-grid operation and achieves a power output of up to 350 watts. This allows, for example, an electric piano, a small popcorn machine, or other electrical devices to be operated directly with self-generated solar power.
It is precisely this direct link between sunlight and usable energy that regularly inspires enthusiasm among young people.
