• How can our school order?

 

Simply add the teaching kit you want to the basket on its product page and follow the checkout process. If you have any questions, we are happy to help personally.

 

• Which payment methods are available?

We accept credit card, PayPal (including payment in instalments) and payment by invoice.

 

• How do I choose payment by invoice?

 

The option appears in the last step of the checkout. Simply select “Offline payment” as the payment method and the invoice will be sent to you by email.

 

• Are there discounts for schools?

 

Solarbildung is a non-profit organisation and we price our kits as tightly as we can. For larger group orders, for example when several schools order together, we are happy to try to find a solution. Just get in touch.

 

• Who produces the teaching kits?

 

Our physical teaching kits are made by the Caritas Brucker Werkstatt in Fürstenfeldbruck, a sheltered workshop that offers people with disabilities meaningful work and vocational integration. Who stands behind our products matters to us.

 

• What is the delivery time?

Depending on the kit and availability, delivery takes between 2 and 6 weeks. If you need something urgently, please let us know in advance and we will see what is possible.

 

• Can the materials be repaired?

Yes. Our teaching kits are deliberately built to last, and individual parts can be replaced. If something breaks, just contact us.

 

• Are there video tutorials or teacher scripts?

 

Yes. Every teaching kit comes with a teacher script, student worksheets with solutions and, where available, video tutorials. All documents can be downloaded free of charge from the respective product page, even without a purchase. We deliberately do not include printed material with the delivery: that way the documents are always up to date, and we avoid unnecessary paper.
